SALON POLICIES
CANCELLATION POLICY
To best serve our clients, we require at least a 24-hour notice for cancellations of any appointment to avoid cancellation fees. Canceling may be done by the booking app or via WhatsApp. We don't accept messages via social media as a form of canceling.

Cancellations on short notice prohibit clients from being able to fill the slot.
​
If you have canceled 2 consecutive times, we cannot accept another booking request from you without a 50% deposit.
LATE POLICY
While we do not charge for late arrivals, we reserve the right to shorten your appointment in order to keep the next client's service at their scheduled time.

Out of the respect for all our clients, arrivals later than 15 minutes will be asked to reschedule their appointment. In this case, 50% of the appointment cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
​
No-shows will be billed the full amount for the appointment. Clients who have not shown up will be required to pay a 50% deposit for all future bookings.
CLIENT SATISFACTION POLICY
We are trained professionals whose passion lies within our treatments. We do our best to deliver top-quality service.

If you are dissatisfied with our service please inform us before you leave the salon. Please contact us within 48 hours to allow us to rectify any dissatisfaction.
​
Unfortunately, we cannot give refunds on services rendered.
CLIENT COMFORT
We try our best to make sure Nova Beauty Studio is a safe and comfortable space for our clients. We understand how stressful day-to-day life can be so we want to make sure you are able to relax.

During your appointment, please feel free to have a lash nap to rest up your body. We don't judge even if you snore!
​
We do ask that if you'd like to bring someone with you, please notify us beforehand. Please try to limit the number of people you bring.
DEPOSITS
Nova Beauty Studio reserves the right to ask for a deposit when we see fit. Deposits are often non-refundable and make up a portion of your appointment cost.

All wedding makeup bookings require a 50% deposit to secure the booking. This also applies to any other bookings made 2 months in advance.
FILL PROCEDURES
Lash retention is 25% lash tech and 75% the client. We teach clients about aftercare and provide aftercare cards for clients to take home. Failure to comply with the aftercare could result in premature lash fall out and/or damage to your lashes.

A fill is considered a fill when 40% or more of the extensions are left per eye. If less remains, it will be considered a full set.
​
Fills booked with less than 40% remaining will continue if time allows for a full set but if time does not allow, the appointment will have to be rescheduled.
​
Any fills over 4 weeks will be regarded as a full set.
​

FOREIGN FILL PROCEDURES
We are more than happy to work on other lash tech's work. To make our lives easy, we do ask for a few photos beforehand. This is so we can assess your lashes and recommend if we do a removal and fresh set or if we can fill over the work.
​
Please let us know how long ago you had them done and who did your set.
